How to submit a digital image
- Take a picture of your problem with
a digital camera.
- Be sure to check it first to
make sure it is clear. We receive many blurry pictures
and can’t tell
what they are.
- Fill out the appropriate diagnostic
sheet as completely as possible. Click on the following links to download the appropriate form. (You must have the Adobe Reader program installed on your computer. You can download the free program by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page)
- Send an email with the diagnostic
sheet and photo attached to ladybug@uconn.edu
