With the use of new technologies, faculty and staff throughout the college and eight Extension Centers are able to contribute their knowledge and expertise. The Center, an outreach program to the citizens of Connecticut, is designed to provide accurate, thorough and timely information on a wide variety of issues such as entomology, food safety, drinking water, soil testing, home horticulture, lead poisoning, indoor air quality, septic system management and family financial management, and is open year-round.

If you are interested, please fill out this form to begin or renew a subscription to the Home & Garden News. The price is $10.00 for 6 bimonthly issues. Please mail the form and a check, made out to the University of Connecticut, to: Rochelle Syme, Home and Garden Education Center, 1380 Storrs Road, Unit 4115, University of Connecticut, Storrs, CT 06269-4115
